RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Process candidates for 2nd interviews after receiving 1st interview information from the Recruiter
* Coordinate candidate's logistics for a 2nd interview that may be held in Houston, or other areas, i.e., coordinating candidate's flights, transportation to and from airport, setting up hotel rooms, catering, pull MVR's and evaluate driving history
* Write offer letters, must be very detail oriented, no mistakes in salaries that vary, ability to do Background checks and order drug tests, organize functional capacity test. (logistics from sending offer letter to background check, drug test and Functional capacity test)
* Assist Recruiter with uploading candidates into software program
* Input 2nd interview information into database
REQUIREMENTS:
* Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, fast and accurate typing skills, knowledge of MS Outlook. Prefer some experience in recruiting, personnel, or the hospitality industry.

MINIMUM:
*High school with 2-3 years minimum of work experience in a related field
This is a temporary position located in Sugar Land, TX.
Salary for this position is $13.00 per hour.
