Kyla Kapche, who functions as president and CEO, has extensive operational management experience within the staffing industry and played a key role in the start up/expansion of new staffing services.
Her previous position was in corporate account marketing as a national account executive for a NYSE listed international staffing company. In that role, she was responsible for the sales and implementation of large national staffing contracts, incorporating a wide spectrum of staffing services. Her primary focus in recent years has been the implementation and management of contact center staffing projects.
